Moens Packaging has a wide range of glass bottles in all shapes and sizes. Take a look at:
Are there compact bottles?
Our bottles are known for their compact and practical design, which contributes to efficient storage options. Especially our square and rectangular bottles offer significant advantages in terms of space savings. Thanks to their shape, Moens Verpakkingen's square and rectangular bottles fit perfectly next to and against each other. This is particularly useful for storage, transport, and distribution, where space optimization is of great importance. As a company, you can save valuable space and organize your stock more efficiently.
What can bottles be used for?
Moens Packaging's bottles are suitable for a wide range of applications and products. With their high quality and functional design, they meet the strict requirements of various sectors.
In the food industry Moens Packaging bottles play an essential role. Several of our bottles are made from materials that are safe for contact with food, such as our PET bottles with dispenser.
Moens Packaging bottles are perfect for personal care products, such as shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and shower gels. In addition, we also have aluminum bottles for transporting perfume or PET bottles with a convenient pump. They are available in various sizes, shapes, and colors that you can use during transport and for the sale of cosmetics.
In the pharmaceutical industry Accurate packaging is crucial. Our bottles meet the strict standards for pharmaceutical products, including child-resistant closures and packaging that provides protection against light and moisture. Whether for syrups, liquid medicines, or lotions, these bottles offer a safe and efficient solution for the pharmaceutical sector. As these plastic bottles for soap, syrup, or lotions or these glass bottles for penicillin.
Cleaning products, such as household cleaners, sanitary products, and detergents, require bottles that are resistant to chemicals and leak-proof. Our multi-layer HDPE bottles are a reliable form of packaging for storing and using these products safely without the risk of spillage. This also makes them highly suitable for the chemical industry.
Can you have bottles made to measure?
Moens bottles not only offer a versatile packaging solution, you can also personalize and customize to your specific needs thanks to a wide range of accessories. No bottle is complete without a cap, of course. Moens has caps in various sizes and with different properties. These caps ensure that the bottle is securely closed and prevent leaks or spills. Thanks to the different sizes, such as 28 mm, 38 mm, 42 mm or 50 mm in diameter, there is a cap for every bottle. Glass pipettes are a useful accessory for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. They enable users to accurately dispense liquids, drop by drop, giving you more control over the amount of product. Think of dispensing essential oils, medicines, or cosmetic serums. You can also enrich your bottles for the end user by measuring spoons and measuring cups to include in the packaging. These are very practical for measuring and mixing products such as medicines or powders.
Are bottles safe packaging?
Moens Packaging attaches great importance to safety. Our bottles are designed to ensure the protection of the contents and users. An important aspect of safety is the fluoridation which is applied to certain bottles. This treatment creates an additional barrier against the migration of liquids through the wall of the bottle. This minimizes the chance of interaction between the contents and the material of the bottle, thereby preserving the quality and safety of the contents.
Aluminum– and glasses bottles have specific advantages. Both glass and aluminum are inert, which means that they do not release or absorb any substances into the contents. This ensures that the quality and properties of the contents remain unchanged, without any adverse chemical reactions. In addition, both glass and aluminum are excellent barriers. They protect the contents from external factors such as light, oxygen, and moisture, extending the shelf life of the products. Aluminum is also shock-resistant, which provides extra protection during transport and storage.
Sealed caps are another safety feature of our bottles. These caps have a tamper-evident ring, which means you can see whether or not the bottle has been opened. This reassures users that the product has not been tampered with before they receive it.
An important aspect of safety, especially for products that are potentially dangerous, is the use of childproof caps. These caps have an extra safety mechanism to prevent children from accidentally opening the bottle. They usually require a “push-turn” technique to open. These caps help reduce the risk of accidents and poisoning.
Are there any sustainable bottles?
Is sustainable packaging material an important factor for you? It is for Moens Packaging too. All our bottles are made from recyclable materials, and for many of them we also offer an alternative made from recycled materials. The sustainability aspects vary depending on the material used, such as plastic, glass, and aluminum.
Moens has three types of plastic bottles that are partly made from recycled materials, namely the PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) bottles made from recycled HDPE, the RPET (Recycled PET) bottles from recycled PET and the PIR (Post-Industrial Recycled) bottles made from at least 95% recycled material. After use, these plastic bottles can be recycled again to make new products. Reusing these materials reduces the demand for new plastic and helps reduce the impact on the environment.
Glass bottles from Moens Packaging are fully recyclable without any loss of mechanical or chemical properties. Glass waste can therefore be converted into new glass bottles without any loss of quality. What's more, Moens glass bottles are partly made from recycled material.
Aluminum bottles can also be recycled without any loss of quality. Recycling aluminum requires only 51% of the original energy, which is a huge energy saving and significantly reduces CO2 emissions. Moens aluminum bottles are also made partly from recycled material.
What sizes are available for bottles?
The Moens Packaging range includes small bottles buy as 100 ml, 150 ml, or 200 ml up to larger formats such as 500 ml and 1 liter. Bottles of 0.25L, 0.5L, or 1000 ml are also part of our standard range. For bulk applications, there are larger containers such as aluminum bottles up to 5 liters or special pails and hobbocks. Frequently asked questions about bottles
How do I choose the right bottle opening (neck size)?
The choice of neck size depends on your product and dosage. For liquid food or cosmetics, Ø28/410 and Ø24/410 are common. For industrial liquids, choose wider openings such as Ø38, Ø42, or Ø50. This makes filling, dosing, and emptying easier.
Are his bottles suitable for automatic filling and sealing lines?
Yes. Our bottles are produced with uniform sizes and stable edges. This guarantees compatibility with most automatic filling and sealing machines. This allows you to increase the speed and consistency of your production line.
Can bottles be combined with measuring cups or dosing systems?
Yes. We supply bottles that are compatible with measuring cups, double neck systems, or integrated measuring lines as standard. This makes it easy to measure out exactly the right amount, ideal for pharmaceutical and agricultural applications.
Are light-protective bottles available?
Yes. For light-sensitive contents, such as aromas or medicines, we offer bottles made of amber-colored glass, dark PET, or aluminum. These bottles protect against UV radiation and extend shelf life.
What are the advantages of bottles with a sight line or measurement markings?
They make it easy for the user to see the remaining volume and measure it accurately. This increases user-friendliness and prevents waste during dosing.
Can I order bottles in small quantities?
Yes. Although we are a wholesale bottle supplier, you can also purchase small volumes. This is useful for start-ups, test productions, or companies that want to validate new packaging concepts first.
Do you offer solutions for export to warm climates?
Yes. For export to regions with high temperatures, there are special coex bottles and aluminum bottles that are resistant to heat and pressure differences. This ensures that the contents remain stable during long transports.
Are there bottles with antistatic properties?
For applications involving powders, solvents, or in ATEX environments, we can supply antistatic bottles or ESD vials. These reduce the risk of electrostatic discharge.
How are bottles tested for quality?
Our bottles undergo drop tests, leak tests, and pressure tests. In addition, dimensional stability and wall thickness are checked. This ensures that every bottle meets the highest standards for safety and use.
