Moens Packaging has a wide range of jars to meet all your needs. Our jars are suitable for a variety of products, including cosmetics, paints, adhesives, medicines, food, pet food and supplements. They also offer the ideal solution for small quantities of powders, vitamins, creams, paints or other substances. All our jars are cylindrical and made of high-quality glass or plastic, such as HDPE, polypropylene (PP) or PET.
There are also many options in lids, such as screw lids, pressure lids or hinged lids. They may or may not have a seal, insert or seal, depending on your requirements. More info on different types of seals and inlays can be found here.
Moreover, all our jars are 100% recyclable, both the lid and the jar itself. Moens Packaging attaches great importance to sustainability and reducing our ecological footprint.
Types of jars
Jars with screw lid type SDO
Our screw lid jars are not only reliable and durable, but also have a UN mark as standard, which means they meet the strictest safety standards. They are white and made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP). The sealable lid provides an extra layer of security and guarantees the integrity of the contents.
These jars are suitable for a wide range of applications, ranging from food products to chemicals and even adhesives.
We offer a variety of volumes to meet your specific requirements: 250 ml, 500 ml, 780 ml, 1 litre, 1.3 litres, 1.6 litres or 2 litres. Moreover, we offer the flexibility to choose or not to choose a seal and insert lid. These provide extra protection against leaks and dirt, keeping your products safe and fresh.
Securibox and Securipac
Discover the versatile Securiboxes and Securipacs, both designed for different applications where security and convenience are paramount. They have the same features, but in terms of appearance they are slightly different.
These jars are multi-purpose and feature a convenient pressure lid. They are food-grade and waterproof, providing reliable protection for food and liquids.
These jars are quick and easy to reseal and have a high level of automation. Thanks to the wide neck opening, you can fill them easily. In addition, the Securiboxes and Securipacs have standard a seal, giving you the guarantee that the packaging has not been opened before.
Glass jars
Do you want to transport and sell food products? Then opt for glass jars. They give a luxurious look and are easy to fill. We offer our glass jars with screw-on lids in three different colours: gold, white and black.
These jars not only offer a safe storage solution, but they also add a touch of elegance to the kitchen or pantry. Whether you want to store jam, sauces, spices or other food products, our glass jars ensure that the contents stay fresh and are protected from outside influences.
Powder jars
Our high-quality powder jars are available in both glass and plastic. Glass powder jars are ideally suited for use in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. They are even food grade, making them versatile. You can choose from amber-coloured or transparent glass jars, each with a black lid. These jars offer excellent protection for your powder products and they have a professional look at the same time.
At Moens Packaging, we can also supply tailor-made accessories, such as (torque) keys to tighten the lids firmly. This ensures optimal closure and safety for your powder products.
Plastic powder jars are also ideal for use in laboratories. These powder jars are transparent and fitted with a screw cap without a seal.
Whether you choose our glass or plastic powder jars, you can count on high quality and functionality. The wide neck opening of both variants make it easy to fill them with powder without any problems.
Cosmetic jars
Our versatile cosmetic jars, in both double-walled and single-walled versions, are great for storing different types of make-up and personal care products.
Our double-walled cosmetic jars are made of polypropylene and have a convenient screw-on lid. These jars are ideal for ointments, waxes, creams and other cosmetic products. You can choose from transparent, white or black jars. The screw-on lids ensure that the contents are safely sealed and remain protected.
In addition, our double-walled jars feature a wide neck opening, making them easy to fill. The lid is not sealable, but we do offer the option of adding an insert lid or pressure sensitive seal. This offers extra protection against leakage and contamination and preserves the freshness of your product.
The same characteristics apply to our single-walled cosmetic jars. These jars are perfect for storing creams, lotions, balms, gels and other cosmetic products. They are available in transparent and white to suit different brand styles.
Like the double-walled jars, the single-walled jars have a wide neck opening, allowing you to fill effortlessly without residue sticking to the rim. The lid is not sealable, but still provides a firm seal for your products.
Vitamin jars
These screw lid jars are perfect for storing foods, ointments and of course vitamins. They are specially designed to keep your precious contents safe and protected.
What makes these jars extra special is the option to fit them with an induction heat seal (IHS). This seal creates an extra protective layer under the lid. That way, the contents of the pot remain optimally sealed and protected. Especially for foodstuffs, this is a valuable feature.
Our vitamin jars have a wide neck opening, making them easy to fill. Moreover, the screw-on lids are easy to open and close, giving you quick access to your vitamins or other contents.
Although the lid is not sealable, the induction heat seal option offers excellent protection against dirt, dust and other unwanted elements. So you can rest assured that your food and vitamins will remain in optimal condition even after the cap is opened.
Kombi box
Our practical kombi boxes are a combination of a plastic bucket and a metal lid. As a result, they combine the flexibility of plastic with the sturdiness of metal. These versatile containers offer many advantages and have the same look as a metal paint pot.
The kombi box is designed for ease of use. Thanks to the plastic body, the bucket is light and easy to handle. Moreover, the kombi boxes are easy to stack, saving valuable space in your storage area.
The kombi box offers a reliable solution for various applications. Whether you want to store paints, coatings, adhesives or other products, this packaging can handle it. The metal lid ensures a tight seal and helps keep the contents safe. They are available in different volumes: 1 litre, 3.5 litres and 5 litres.
Jars with paint brush
Discover our pots with paint brush, an innovative solution for various applications. These plastic jars feature an integrated paint brush in the lid, allowing you to work easily and efficiently.
These jars are perfect for adhesives, glue, oils and even pet care products (hoof oil). You have a choice of white or transparent. Both variants are equipped with a screw-on lid, which ensures a safe and airtight seal of the jar.
We also offer the option to choose between a flat brush or a round brush, depending on the application and the desired result. This allows you to customise the pot with paint brush to your specific needs.
Jars for wet wipes
Storing wet wipes? You do that in our Wet Wipe jar, a specialised and very practical product. Consisting of a jar and a lid, these dispensers offer an ideal solution for cleaning wipes.
The Wet Wipe jars are designed with a flip-open lid that features a handy opening. This makes it easy to remove the wet wipes. The lid then closes again quickly and easily, keeping the wipes protected from drying out or getting dirty.
The Wet Wipe jars are food-grade, so you can safely use them to store wet wipes intended for personal care, cleaning or other applications. They are available in white or black.
