2. Flexibility

Our flexibility is focused to best serve our customers.

Thus, Moens packaging has a wide range of packaging, allowing us to provide our customers with their diverse packaging needs.

In addition, our sales people are so trained to knowledgeably discuss a multitude of options and alternative packaging (e.g., to meet an urgent packaging need).

Our warehouse workers do the extra operations that add significant value for the customer such as putting in boxes, printing, applying labels, turning buckets over, printing keys with 3D printer,....

Our transport planner will optimally schedule and combine deliveries. If necessary, we will insert a rush delivery.

The central location of our various warehouses makes us easy to reach and allows us to deliver our packaging quickly.

3. Knowledge & Innovation

Both internal and external training ensure extensive product knowledge among our employees.

Learning from and with each other. That is why we also organize internal training courses to which our customers are invited. For example, a training course from BVI (Belgian Packaging Institute) on UN legislation or food contact materials. In this way, we help you to always find the right packaging for your product.

Each new employee is assigned a coach and goes through a training plan to acquire the necessary knowledge.

Through our relationships with leading manufacturers and organizations, we keep a finger on the pulse of evolutions in our market area, so we can quickly respond to new trends. e.g. SUP (Single Use Plastics), BPA (Bisphenol A), PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), PCR (Post Consumer Recycled) content.

We use a high-performance ERP, DMS and CRM system to automate our business processes, keep track of customer and supplier information, track deadlines and bring uniformity to the way we work.

Moens Packaging wants to contribute to a liveable future for people and planet. The principle of sustainability refers to the balance between environment, economy and society. We fully contribute in the following way:

• Products: Reconditioned and recycled products, offer PCR material
• Company and infrastructure: power usage and appropriate LED lighting, lease bikes , separated waste streams, solar panels and battery system, clean and pleasant working environment....
• Working methods: constantly searching for solutions in which digital and sustainable innovations reinforce each other (Twin Transition) We achieved SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) Pioneer certification with VOKA in October 2024.
