Design your own bottle
Are you looking for a customized bottle perfectly suited for your activities? We offer the ideal solution for this!
- Specialized expertise: In collaboration with our dedicated sales representatives and our specialized knowledge, we guide you through this process as thoroughly as possible.
- Personalized design: Once we have a clear picture of the concept and vision for the bottle, we will produce the appropriate mold. In addition, we can also print on the bottle or add a sleeve with your personalized logo. We can also assist you in finding the right closure for your bottle. Would you like a child-resistant cap, a cap with a built-in spray, atomizer, or valve? These are all options we can help you with. These caps can also be further personalized with your logo, name, or a unique serial number using laser technology.

Cutting pumps
Wish you had a pump or spray at the right height for a bottle? Then we are here to help you with this!
Thanks to our cutting machine, we can cut any pump to the correct set height.
Sleeving, labeling or tagging
At Moens Packaging you can also go for sleving or sticking labels and tags on your packaging.
For this, we cooperate with customization companies.
Bagging cans
Do you wish for certain quality reasons to receive your plastic cans in separate bags. We have the appropriate machine for this!
Wrapping of pallets
To have your packaging transported safely, we always wrap it with film. For this we use our wrapping machine.
To reduce waste production, we switched from 20 micron film to 15/16 micron film. This film is 100% recyclable.
3D printer
Having trouble sealing cans or jerry cans?
Moens Packaging can make a 3D printed key suitable for any jerry can!
Flipping pallets
Do you want goods delivered on a plastic pallet instead of a wooden pallet? Or do you want buckets/jars turned over to deliver them dust-free? We can do this!
This machine allows us to easily flip pallets to change the pallet to the customer's preference.
